We know that if you're contacting us for any of the reasons below, there's a problem. We'll work hard to make it right for you.

Change or Cancel Your Order

This refers to canceling or changing anything about your order, such as its contents or shipping address.

We can cancel or update your order as long as you contact us before it begins the shipping process. Depending on the time of day, the shipping process may begin in as little as 30 minutes after completing your order.

If you contact us within 30 minutes, we can make any necessary changes or cancelations. If more than 30 minutes have passed, the Return Policy will activate, but we'll still see what we can do.

If we're not notified about an incorrect address before the shipping process starts, the order will be shipped to the original address provided. We will not provide refunds if a customer submits the wrong information.

If a shipping carrier returns a package due to an undeliverable address or delivery refusal, there will be a restocking fee applied to any refund. If you'd like us to re-ship your order to the correct address, please contact us to take care of it.

To begin this process, please contact us with subject line "Please Cancel/Change My Order Before It Ships" and include your order number.

Replacements

We'll replace any damaged or defective item quickly, happily and completely free of charge.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Please put "Replacement Needed" in your subject line, include your order number, and attach a picture or video that shows the problem.

Exchange Your Item For A Different One

Every item you order should fit just the way you want. To that end, our exchange policy is simple:

If you’re not thrilled with your item's fit, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send you a different size completely free of charge.

Please email us with subject line "Exchange My Item," include your order number and let us know what new size (and/or color) you'd like to receive.

Return Your Item For a Refund

If you'd like to return your item for a refund, please contact us within 30 days for instructions. Please put "Return Request" in the subject line, include your order number and ask for return instructions.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.

Customers are responsible for any fees associated with returning the items. Items must be put in the mail within 14 days of authorization. After that, the return authorization will expire.

Please, DO NOT RETURN any item without our confirmation. Always request the address from customer service first. Note that return packages sent to the wrong address are unable to be verified or refunded.

Here's how it works:

You must complete at least 6 treatments on approximately a "once per week" schedule. Before each session, take a photo of the area(s) you're treating.

If there are no noticeable results, email your 6 photos to support@womanocean.com. Put "Return Request With Photos" in the subject line and include your order number.

Based on this schedule, your request should arrive 42 - 90 days after delivery.

All images must include date stamps. (Most phones automatically include this in their photos. We'll know where to look.) To speed up processing, please also label them so it's obvious which photo is from which session.

You must submit your request within 90 days of delivery.

If your application does not meet these criteria, you will not be approved to return your item for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.

After approving your application, we will give you the return address to send your item. Once it is received and verified, we will process the refund less any applicable restocking fee.

Restocking Fee

For returned orders $35 and below, the restocking fee is $4.95. For orders over $35, it is $7.95.
