Return & Exchange Policy


Don't totally love your items? No problem! We're ready and willing to help :)

We accept returns and exchanges for any unworn, undamaged and unwashed items returned with tags attached and in the original packaging. You of course can try everything on!

You can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.

Here's How It Works:

1. Look up your order in the portal.

2. Select the item you’re sending back & your preferred resolution.

3. Once approved, use a shipping carrier of your choice to mail back the item. 

4. Once we receive your package, we'll process your request within 1 - 2 business days.

    The Legal Stuff:

    Orders may be canceled if you contact us within 4 hours of completing your order. After that, fulfillment will begin and this return policy will activate.

    We cannot accept a return for any worn, washed or damaged items. We are not responsible for packages lost while en route to us. Please take care and make sure to get a tracking number.

    Refunds will be provided to the original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

    We can only exchange or refund purchases that we can verify were made from this website.

    We maintain the discretion to issue a refund for your purchase instead of an exchange or to reject any request for a refund or exchange.
